I can finally decree that summer has commenced *yaaaay*, that is presuming the weather doesn't screw up again- bloody bipolar British weather! Watch that alliteration (you’re looking at a A* English student right hur)

But since the sun is out for now, I decided to wear this cheeky number. I love these dungarees because 1) they are supa cute 2) they were supa cheap (£1) and 3) I look like I should be tending to some supa cute sheep! Mary and her little lamb is soooo 2008; out with the old and in with the new.

So in other news, shout out to the real life people I know that are really supportive of this whole blog thing, its great knowing you have people who support what you’re doing and are behind you! J Even though its totssss embarrassing reading some of the cheesy shit I write, I am I sucker for excessive puns and cheesy lines...sorry y’all :’)

But yeah, I thought now exam period has finished I could have a well deserved break...a h a h naive little me. My school has sucker punched me with a compulsory independent research project. On top of that I have to visit university open days and complete my personal statement. And basically PLAN MY FUTURE. Apparently responding to the question “soo Tide what do you want to be doing in the future?” with “still breathing oxygen and occasionally smiling” ISN’T GOOD ENOUGH. DO YOU KNOW HOW SCARY THIS IS?

I’m facing the dilemma of pursuing career I’ll enjoy or being realistic and doing a “respectable degree”. I jos dunno. Ultimately I need to stop being a lazy shit and buckle up, because my current attitude towards work is not going to cut it.

All I can do is pray, trust in God, and adopt a positive and hardworking mindset. Let’s hope things work out!
